We are available to take your call on +64 3 941 7923:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 9:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am to 4:00pm
We are available to check your account, place reserves and answer general enquiries for information within minutes.
All calls made to the our libraries are forwarded directly to the telephone service. The telephone service is staffed by an experienced team from around the library network. We provide a full telephone service which allows the desk staff to concentrate on walk-in customers and ensures that your telephone call is answered in a timely manner.
If your question is one that will take some time to answer we may need to call you back with the information or you may be asked to come into the library and the staff will help you with your search.
We are happy to spend up to half an hour searching for the information you require without charge. Standard library research charges will apply after that point.
Evenings and Sundays are ideal times to ring as generally we have more time to spend with you.
