More information
Researching Irish family history can be difficult. People assume that most of the Irish records were destroyed in the Four Courts Fire of 1922. Although it is true that many Irish wills, census returns and many Church of Ireland parish registers were damaged, there are still many sources available through Find My Past Ireland.
