Pre-schoolers’ events & programmes

Regular programmes begin the week starting 7 February 2012 and end the week starting 17 December 2012. Unless otherwise stated it is assumed a regular weekly session during school time. We also run holiday programmes. For information about specific upcoming events please see our Events calendar.

Baby Time / Wā Pēpi

During each session we share a variety of stories, rhymes, fingerplays and other book-related activities. The programme is especially suitable for under 2 year olds.

Story Times / Wā Kōrero

Programmes include stories, music, movement and rhymes for children over-2 years old.

Story Tram

Story Trams have been run as part of the New Zealand Post Children’s Book Festival in May each year. We are sorry, but the Story Tram will not be running in the foreseeable future.

Ready, Steady, Click for preschoolers

Experience playing and learning together in an exciting technological environment at our Learning Centres. Suitable for children aged 4 years, with parent/caregiver.
