2007 was the 50th anniversary of the Greenaway (and the 70th of the Carnegie). There was a anniversary Top Ten online poll competition to name the Carnegie and Greenaway Award winners of all time. Shirley Hughes won the Greenaway of Greenaways for Dogger. Dogger polled 26% of the votes, just beating off competition from Janet and Allan Ahlberg's Each Peach Pear Plum, which polled 25%.
