International Network of Public Libraries

Christchurch City Libraries is a member of the International Network of Public Libraries which is sponsored by the Bertelsmann Foundation, Gutersloh, Germany.

The objectives of the network are to pool the know-how that exists world wide, to give momentum to the international exchange of experience among experts in public library management, to develop successful concepts and above all to put them into practice. Model solutions are developed by practitioners for practitioners in a wide range of future-oriented topics.
