The pool and birdbath were on the grassed area in front of the Woodham's (later Les Malcolm's) house near the corner of Strowan and Normans Roads. Mr Poninghouse's Book Club, the local lending library can be seen across Normans Road. He later owned a haberdashery shop next doo
