Old-age pensioners' homes, Willard Street, Spreydon

The first block of sixteen houses was erected facing Sydenham Park. A further contract was let for the erection of 26 houses on a site in Willard Street, at the rear of Addington School. These were not ready to be occupied until early 1940. Eventually there were 50 such houses in this area.
