"Most of the members of this team, known as the "Maoris", were young New Zealanders who were at one or other of the universities. The team includes many names well known in the Dominion. They wore a blazer of the light and dark blue of the universities and of brown, representing the Maori people from whom the team took its name. From Left, back row: T.H.
