Caption: Bowling in Canterbury. On April 6 the Christchurch and Leeston Bowling Clubs competed, at Leeston, for the North Canterbury Championship Rink Badges. Victory rested with the city representatives. The following are the names of the competitors: - Christchurch team (sitting, from the left) - H. B. Bishop (skip), S. Manning, Dr Thomas and C. D. Hardy. Leeston Club (standing) - J. A. Cunningham, J. Campbell, C. J. Denby (skip) and Dr Gosset.
