Merry Christmas Christchurch / Meri Kirihimete Ōtautahi

It is going to be a cracker of a Christmas with the opening of Central Library Peterborough / Te Kete Wānanga o Peterborough on Monday 19 December.

The Library will have a collection of more than 70,000 items — books, magazines, CDs and DVDs, family history resources, microfilm newspapers, and treasures such as the Ngā Pounamu Māori and Ngāi Tahu collections.

Good news for the east side too — work has started on the new Aranui Library. You can follow progress on our website, Facebook and Twitter.
