Linwood Public Library
A collection of material from the archives of the Linwood Public Library, a subscription suburban library established in 1909.
Linwood Library, one of the largest and most successful voluntary libraries in Christchurch, was established by the Linwood Citizens Association. The Library opened in 1909 in the old Linwood Borough Council building on the corner of Stanmore and Worcester Streets.
