James Arthur Flesher (1865-1930)

Mr Flesher was first elected to the Christchurch City Council in 1901. He was Mayor of New Brighton 1912-1913 and 1915-1917, and Mayor of Christchurch 1923-1925. His profession was that of barrister and solicitor and he lived at Avebury, North Avon Raod, Richmond.
